The first recipe I would like to share is Carbonara. It is one of my favorite dishes of all time. It is quick, easy and simple delicious.
This weekend, I attempted to make it the first time and was amazed by how simple and delicious it turns out.
Carbonara is mainly just eggs, Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, bacon/pancetta and garlic…pretty much it!
Here are the simple steps:
2 people portion:
8 oz Pancetta/Bacon
4 garlic cloves
1 cup of Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
1. Mix eggs with cheese
2. Fry the pancetta/bacon
3. When the meat is almost ready, toss in garlic cloves
4. As the garlic is cooking, heat up a salted pot of water and cook the spaghetti
5. Once spaghetti is ready, toss them into the meat and stir for around 3 min
6. Take the pan off heat and stir in the egg mixture
