
Wings….I love wings… I can literally eat it every single day. Who doesn’t love wings that are easy to prep and hassle-free to cook?
This recipe takes less than 15 min to prep, the key is to marinate overnight and roast at low temperature to achieve the tenderness of wings.
I have tried this recipe without marinating overnight, however, I find the flavor a lot more robust when marinate overnight.
Ingredients:
1 lbs wings
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp cornstarch
1/2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
Directions:
- Mix all the ingredients together and marinate overnight
- Preheat oven to 300 degree
- Bake for 1 hour 15 min then done!
